Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competition to get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in she was thrilled with her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. It is common to warm up first, followed by the training. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
